Madita
Edita Malovčić, known professionally as Madita, was born on January 21, 1978, in
Vienna, Austria. Madita is a singer whose music ranges from synth-pop and R&B to
jazz. The music career began with vocal contributions to the songs “Drophere”
(2002) and “Thrill” (2002) on the dZihan & Kamien album Gran Riserva. In 2005,
Madita released the self-titled debut album Madita, which reached number 3 on
the iTunes Electronic Album Chart. Discography releases include the albums Too
(2008), featuring the single “Ceylon” (2007), Pacemaker (2010), and Madita
Deluxe (2012).
