Real name Katelyn Lapid, singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Lyn Lapid
was born in Baltimore, Maryland, on October 24, 2002. Of Filipino descent, she
studied piano at the conservatory and played violin in an orchestra for seven
years, before turning to pop. Revealed on social networks by her covers of
well-known tracks since 2018, the musician pokes fun at a bad experience with a
producer in the song "Producer Man", her first single released in 2020 and
followed by the EPs In My Mind (2022) and The Outsider (2022). Taken from the
former, the track "In My Mind" went viral...
