Luo Yan, born on March 21, 2003, in Chongqing, is a Chinese singer and a member
of the boy group CIIU, known for tracks such as “峰顶.” He first appeared publicly
in February 2021 as a trainee on an idol competition show Produce Camp 2021. In
September 2022, he was selected as a member of JYP’s new China-based boy group
and later that year took part in the youth fantasy musical series The C Plan of
