Lumen
Lumen, a Russian rock band from Ufa, was formed in 1998 with Rustem Bulatov on
vocals, Igor Mamaev on guitar, and Denis Shakhanov on drums. The group initially
performed cover versions of Grazhdanskaya Oborona and Kino songs while writing
their first original material. In 2001, Lumen had a headline performance at
Navigator Club in Ufa, marking a significant breakthrough. Their debut album Без
Консервантов, released in 2003, included the breakthrough single "Sid & Nancy".
The band's sound evolved from alternative rock to heavier tones on later
