Luís Vagner Dutra Lopes, known as Luís Vagner, was born on January 20, 1948, in
Bagé, Brazil. He began playing guitar at a young age and started performing with
various groups in the late 1960s. Vagner's career took off when he moved to Rio
de Janeiro in 1967, collaborating with notable artists such as Jorge Ben and Tim
Maia. His debut solo album, Simples, was released in 1974, followed by Luís
Vagner and Coisas e Lousas in 1976. Throughout his career, he released several
