Lu was a Mexican pop duo from Guadalajara consisting of Mario Sandoval and Paty
Cantú. Formed after the pair met in a school music group, they signed with
Warner Music México after submitting a demo in 1999 and rose to prominence with
their self-titled debut album (2004). The singles "Una confusión," "Por
besarte," and "Será" became hits across Latin America, with "Por besarte" also
