Los Texmaniacs, a conjunto band founded in 1997 by Max Baca in Albuquerque, New
Mexico, is known for their traditional conjunto music. Max Baca, the group's
leader, began his musical journey at age five, learning accordion from his
father, Max Baca Sr., who played in his own band. At twelve, Baca formed Los
Hermanos Baca with his brother Jimmy, marking their first significant step into
