LØREN is the stage name of Lee Seung-joo, a South Korean musician whose
genre-bending version of alternative rock makes room for a wide spread of
influences. He was born in South Korea on January 10, 1995, but moved at a young
age to Singapore, where he discovered MTV and fell in love with the punk-pop
bands and indie rock musicians he saw on the channel's broadcasts. By 13 years
old, he was playing electric guitar at home and leading the school jazz band
