Lonyo
Lonyo is a British singer, disc jockey, and actor born as Lonyo Engele on 18
February 1974 in London. He achieved professional recognition for a career that
began after attending Roehampton University. He achieved professional
recognition as a member of the ensemble Bon Garçon with the producer Kevin
McPherson. The ensemble released the track “If You Need a Man” (1998) which
featured a sample of the Oliver Cheatham track “Get Down Saturday Night”. Their
recording career included the tracks “Shake Shake” (2003) and “Freek U” (2005)
