South African duo Locnville, comprising Andrew and Brian Chaplin emerged from a
dual‑national upbringing that spanned the United States and South Africa. The
identical twin brothers began performing locally in Cape Town, where they were
discovered by producer Gabi Le Roux and formed the trio III before launching
their own act, Locnville, in 2009. Their debut single "Sun in My Pocket" was
released in 2009 and later featured in the FIFA 11 soundtrack; the accompanying
