Lizzie Ball, born February 18, 1981, in Hathersage, Derbyshire, UK, is a British violinist and concert producer. Inspired by hearing the violin on the radio at age seven, she became leader of the City of Sheffield Youth Orchestra and studied music at St John's College, Cambridge. Ball's professional career includes collaborations with artists such as Jeff Beck, Brian Wilson, and Nigel Kennedy, joining his Orchestra of Life for a European tour in 2010.
