Lisa Wahlandt, born on October 6, 1971 in Postmünster, Germany, is a German
singer known for her work in jazz and pop music. She began her musical career as
part of the guitar-vocal duo Joni und Lisa after working initially as a
secretary. From 1992 to 1996, Wahlandt studied jazz singing at the Bruckner
Conservatory in Linz, Austria. Her debut album, Live, was released in 1996 with
the group Mind Games and featured guest trumpeter Claudio Roditi. In 2000, she
