Linda Sikhakhane, born on June 14, 1992 in Umlazi, Durban, South Africa, is a
saxophonist known for his contributions to jazz. His musical journey began under
the guidance of Brian Thusi and Khulekani Bhengu. Sikhakhane earned a diploma in
Jazz and Pop Music from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) in 2012. He
collaborated with Nduduzo Makhathini on his album Mother Tongue (2014). In 2016,
he won the SAMRO Overseas Scholarship Competition, studying at The New School in
New York from 2017 to 2020. His debut album Two Sides, One Mirror was released
