Lena Meyer-Landrut, born on May 23, 1991, in Hanover, is a German pop singer and
songwriter. In the music world, fans know her mainly by her first name, Lena.
Even as a child, Lena appeared on German television. Her audition on the TV
talent show Unser Star für Oslo led to her representing Germany at the 2010
Eurovision Song Contest in Norway. With her song “Satellite”, she won the
contest, laying the foundation for a successful international career as a
singer. Two days after the final, the winning song reached number 1 on the
Norwegian charts, and subsequently topped the charts...
