Leftover Salmon
Leftover Salmon are an American jam band from Boulder, Colorado, formed on 31
December 1989. The ensemble was founded by vocalist and guitarist Vince Herman
and multi-instrumentalist Drew Emmitt, combining members of the Salmon Heads and
the Left Hand String Band. They achieved professional recognition for a musical
style blending bluegrass, rock, and country, which they refer to as “Polyethnic
