Formed in Boulder, Colorado on December 31, 1989, Leftover Salmon is one of the
most influential country‑rooted groups to emerge from the American jam band
scene. They redefine how bluegrass, country, and roots music could live inside
the freedom of rock and roll improvisation. Originally made up of members of
Salmon Heads and Left Hand String Band, the band’s planned one-night performance
