Lange Frans & Baas B
Lange Frans & Baas B, a Dutch hip hop duo consisting of Lange Frans (alias of
Frans Frederiks) and Baas B (alias of Bart Zeilstra), both from Diemen, North
Holland, formed in 1997. Their musical journey began with a freestyle session on
a basketball court, leading to the creation of the hiphop collective D-Men
alongside Brutus, Lange Frans' brother. In 2004, Lange Frans & Baas B started
releasing singles as a duo, achieving significant success with "Moppie" (2004)
and "Zinloos" (2004), the latter of which reached Number 1 in the Dutch charts.
