Lillie Amadea West is the lead vocalist and guitarist of the American indie rock
band Lala Lala, based in Chicago. West began playing guitar at the School of the
Art Institute of Chicago and self‑releasing the EP Lala Lala in 2014 and Have a
Good Day in 2015. Her debut album Sleepyhead (2016) was followed by The Lamb
(2018) on Hardly Art, earning a “Band to Watch” mention from Stereogum. In 2019
