La Triple Nelson
La Triple Nelson, a Uruguayan rock group formed in January 1998 in Montevideo,
initially consisted of Christian Cary (guitar and vocals), Fernando "Paco"
Pintos (bass) and Rubén Ottonello (drums). The band's first performance was at
Pueblo Narakan in Punta del Este. In 2000, they won the Probandas 2000 contest
with their original composition "Billete". Their debut album Buceo was released
independently in 2001. La Triple Nelson gained significant traction with their
second album Seguir mejor, released in 2004, which included the hit single "Sin
