La Obsesión (also referred to as La Obsesión Factory) emerged as a reggaeton
collective built from an alliance between Puerto Rico’s Flow Factory and
Mexico’s Fábrica de México, positioning itself around a forward-leaning blend of
Latin trap, reggaeton, and electronic textures. The project’s first major
statement arrived in 2025 with the compilation-style mixtape LA OBSESIÓN, VOL.
1, a multi-artist record that brought together names from its core orbit
