La Bruja Salguero (born 2 August 1972, in La Rioja) is an Argentine folklore
singer. Born María de los Ángeles Salguero, she debuted at age 12 at the
Festival Nacional de la Chaya. Her recording career began with the cassette De
ventana abierta (1992), featuring tracks including "Milonga del si volviera".
After moving to Buenos Aires in 2007, Salguero released Flor de retama (2009),
which received the Premio Clarín. The discography included Caja de luna (2011),
