Damilola Abdul Rasak Afolabi, known professionally as L.A.X, was born on April
10, 1993, in Lagos State, Nigeria. He is a Nigerian singer-songwriter and rapper
who began his musical journey as part of the group Flyboiz during high school.
In 2012, L.A.X released his first major single "Jaye", featuring Ice Prince.
Following his return to Nigeria, he signed with Starboy Entertainment in August
2013, shortly after releasing "Caro" which won him the "Diaspora Artiste of The
