Real name Francy Nsiengi Nkielo Ange, Kulturr is a rapper and singer from
Saint-Denis. Active since 2021, the year he unveiled his first tracks "Train de
vie" and "Vino". Born into a family of Angolan and Congolese descent, his
melodic rap blends urban, African and Caribbean influences. After several
acclaimed singles, such as "S'en aller", he reached a turning point in 2023 with
