Koufax
Koufax was an American indie rock band from Toledo, Ohio, formed in 1998 by
Robert Suchan, Sean Grogan, Andrew Cameron, and Dave Shettler. Named after
baseball legend Sandy Koufax, they released their self-titled EP on Doghouse
Records in 1999. This caught the attention of The Get Up Kids, leading to a
signing with Vagrant Records' subsidiary Heroes and Villains. Their first album
was It Had To Do With Love, released in 2000. Koufax continued releasing albums
including Social Life (2002), Hard Times Are In Fashion (2005), and Strugglers
(2008). The band stopped performing in 2010...
