Kolpa
Kolpa is a Turkish rock ensemble from Adana established in 2005. The group
consists of the musicians Bora Yeter, Barış Yurtcu, Cenk Taner Dönmez, and
Samuray Gökçe. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style
characterized by rock. The ensemble was founded in Istanbul by Yeter and Yurtcu
after they attended high school in Adana. Their recording career began with the
debut studio recording Hayat Senin (2009) produced by the musician Matthew
Erdem. Kolpa achieved professional recognition for the extended play Maximum
(2010) which featured the song “Böyle Ayrılık Olma...
