Kincade
Kincade were a British glam rock/pop band who formed in 1972. The group's
breakthrough came with their hit single "Dreams Are Ten a Penny", which was
written by John Carter and his wife Gill Carter. Although the band had not
materialised as yet, the song was released on the Penny Farthing Records label
and reached number two on the German charts, sticking around for six months and
selling a million copies. The song also charted in countries such as Australia,
