Kevin Gilbert
Kevin Mathew Gilbert, born on November 20, 1966, in Scotch Plains, New Jersey,
was an American singer-songwriter, composer, musician, and producer. In 1982, he
formed N.R.G. with guitarist Jason Hubbard. The group won the Best of the Bay
contest organized by radio station KSJO in San José. Gilbert later worked as a
sound engineer at SENSA Studio, gaining recognition within the San Francisco Bay
Area music scene. He later formed Giraffe with Robert A. Ferris and released
