Kevin Nicholas Borich, also known as Kevin Borich, born on October 27, 1948, in
Huapai, New Zealand, is a guitarist and singer-songwriter. At age 12, he
recorded a private single with The Chicks. In late 1963, Borich formed The
Mergers, which later became the La De Da's. Their debut single, "Little Girl",
was released in 1965. By 1971, they had a top 10 hit on the Australian singles
chart with "Gonna See My Baby Tonight", written by Borich. The band performed at
