Kenny Y Los Eléctricos
Kenny y los Eléctricos, a rock band founded in 1980 by Kenny Aviles, started in
Los Angeles before moving to Mexico. Initially performing as Kenny & The
Electrics at venues like Whisky a Go Go, their first album Electric/Manias was
released in 1982 on New Age Records. In the 1980s, they played at notable venues
such as Satellite Rock and Rockotitlán. The band's breakthrough came with the
EP, No huyas de mi, in 1988, which featured the hit single "No huyas de mí" and
became a classic of Mexican rock. Notable releases include Con Tequila En La
