Keith Mansfield, born in 1940 in Slough, England, was a British composer and
arranger known for his work in television theme tunes. He began his career
composing library music for KPM Music, releasing albums such as Happy Families
(1966). His compositions include the themes for BBC's Grandstand, ITV's
children’s series Freewheelers, and NBC's coverage of Wimbledon. Mansfield’s
work extended to collaborations with artists like Dusty Springfield on her 1968
album Dusty... Definitely, and Maynard Ferguson. He also composed film scores,
including those for Loot (1970), Taste of Excit...
