Kein, a band originally formed in April 1997 by members Makoto, Reo, and Yuki,
quickly established a distinct presence in Nagoya's music scene with their
unique sound and live performances. Following several changes in lineup, the
band achieved national recognition but eventually disbanded after a final
performance in August 2000. Despite the disbandment, the individual members
continued their musical endeavors. In a surprising move, Kein announced a
reunion 22 years later, in May 2022, with the original lineup and a new member,
