KDD, a French rap group from Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, was formed in 1994 by
Dadppda (later known as Dadoo), Diesel, H2O, Lindsay, and Robert. The group's
name stands for Kartel Double Détente or Kappa Double Delta. KDD signed their
first contract with Columbia in 1994, marking the beginning of their music
career. Their debut album, Opté Pour Le K, was released on January 6, 1996, and
featured the hit single "Big Bang KDD", which gained national radio play across
