Kevin Perez, known professionally as Kay Flock, was born on April 20, 2003, in
Belmont, Bronx. Raised in a neighborhood described as “dangerous,” he entered
the drill scene in 2020, releasing his first single "FTO" and subsequently "Opp
Spotter" featuring B‑Lovee. His early work built a local following and led to a
signing with Capitol Records. In 2021, Kay Flock released the mixtape The D.O.A.
Tape. The following year also saw the release of singles such as "Brotherly Love
