Katarína Kubošiová, known professionally as Katarzia, and born on February 9,
1989, in Nitra, Czechoslovakia, is a singer-songwriter and producer who began
her career by studying at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. Her
breakthrough came with the release of her debut album Generácia Y in 2013.
Katarzia gained recognition for her song "Kde sa slzy berú", which was named
Best Single of 2017 at the Radio Head Awards in 2018. She collaborated with
Jonatán Pastirčák on the music and lyrics for the Slovak National Theatre's
