Justin Chart, born on 1959 or 1960, in Los Angeles, California, is an American
singer-songwriter and jazz musician. He began playing piano, clarinet, and
saxophone at a young age within a musical family. In 2012, Justin Chart gained
significant attention with "Los Angeles the Song", a tribute to his hometown
featuring 40 singers and three rappers from Los Angeles' sister cities, sung in
28 different languages. The song was produced by Justin Chart himself and
