Julio Bashmore
Julio Bashmore, born Matthew Walker in Bristol, United Kingdom, began DJing at
fourteen, quickly establishing himself in the local house scene. His
breakthrough came with the 2009 Julio Bashmore EP on Dirtybird, followed by the
2010 Chazm / Footsteppin' release on Ten Thousand Yen and the 2011 Batty Knee
Dance EP on 3024, which cemented his reputation for deep, bass‑heavy tracks. In
2012 he launched his own label, Broadwalk Records, and released Au Seve, which
