Julie Rogers, born Julia Rolls on 6 April 1943 in Bermondsey, London, England,
began her artistic journey with piano lessons before working as a dancer in
Spain, a secretary in Britain, and a stewardess on a Union‑Castle Line ship; she
later joined the Teddy Foster Orchestra and toured the United Kingdom and
