Julia Alfrida
Julia Alfrida Ridderdal, born on June 25, 1995, in Sweden, is a Swedish singer
and songwriter. She began her music career with the release of her debut single
"Sweet Escape" in January 2018. In July 2019, she released another notable
single, "Her," which led to performances at Stockholm Pride and Copenhagen
Pride. Alfrida participated in P4 Nästa in 2020 with the song "Dark Doom,"
placing sixth but earning a wildcard to compete in Melodifestivalen 2021 with
the song "Rich" co-written by Jimmy Jansson and Melanie Wehbe, though it did not
qualify from the semi-finals.
