Josh G. Abrahams, known professionally as Josh Abrahams, was born in 1968 in
Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and is a bass guitarist and electronic artist. He
began his musical career in the early 1990s with the covers band Havana Moon. In
1990, he formed the techno group Future Sound of Melbourne (FSOM) with Davide
Carbone and Steve Robbins, releasing several singles and EPs on labels such as
Shock Records and Two Thumbs Records. FSOM won the ARIA Award for Best Dance
