José Luis Perales Morillas was born on 18 January 1945 in Castejón, Cuenca,
Spain, and began his musical journey as a singer-songwriter after studying
electronics in Sevilla and Madrid before entering the music industry in the
early 1970s, releasing his first album Mis canciones in 1973, which established
his presence in the Spanish pop scene, followed by successive releases such as
El pregón (1974), Para vosotros canto (1975), and Por si quieres conocerme
