John D'earth
John D'earth is an American jazz trumpeter and composer born as John Edward
Dearth II on March 30, 1950 in Framingham. D'earth achieved professional
recognition for a musical career characterized by post-bop and hard bop. He
achieved professional recognition for a career that began after being mentored
by the musician Henry "Boots" Mussulli and co-founding the ensemble Cosmology.
His recording career included the debut studio recording One Bright Glance
(1990) released on the label ENJA Records. D'earth achieved professional
