Christian singer/songwriter Joel Vaughn was born June 15, 1986 in Amarillo, Texas to a family that loved to play music. During his formative years he learned how to sing as well as play drums and guitar. He began to lead worship services during his studies at West Texas A&M, and balanced his spiritual calling with his musical one for the next few years. His debut EP, 2009’s Bigger Than Me as well as his first full album, 2010’s Don’t Give Up, showcased his pop sensibilities, often wedded to electronic dance beats, as well as his explicitly spiritual and religious lyrics. 2011 bro...
