Joe Grushecky
Joe Grushecky, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the late 1940s, is an
American musician known for his work as a guitarist. Originally a high school
special education teacher, he began his musical career in 1976 with the Brick
Alley Band, which later became the Iron City Houserockers after signing to
Cleveland International Records. The band released their debut album Love's So
Tough in 1979, followed by Have a Good Time but Get Out Alive! in 1980. After
being dropped by MCA Records in 1984 and disbanding shortly thereafter,
