Jiří Korn, born May 17, 1949, in Prague, Czech Republic, is a singer-songwriter
and actor. He started his music career with the rock band Rebels in 1967, which
disbanded in 1970 after releasing Šípková Růženka. In the early 1970s, Korn
joined Olympic and began his solo career with the album LP 01 and hit single
"Yvetta" (1972). He placed third in the Zlatý slavík music poll in 1977. Korn
established Krach, a performing arts agency, in 1990 and played Monsieur
