Jess Kent
Jess Kent, born in Derby, England, is an Australian pop and electropop musician.
She began playing guitar at age seven and started songwriting at ten, performing
locally with her older brother. In 2015, Kent uploaded her debut single "Get
Down" to Triple J Unearthed, which became the most-played song on Triple J that
November and ranked at number 185 on Triple J's Hottest 200 of 2015. Her first
EP My Name is Jess Kent was released on November 18, 2016, through Capitol
Records. In December 2016, she opened for Coldplay on their Oceanian leg of the
