Jacob Golden is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. His early career
began with various bands, including Flood, Brother, Orisha, and Youth Symphony.
In 2000, he gained attention after the dissolution of his former band Birthday,
which led to a solo deal with Rough Trade after their single release. Golden's
debut album, Jacob Golden, was released in 2001, followed by the critically
