Jackopierce, an American alternative rock duo consisting of Jack O'Neill and Cary Pierce, was formed in Dallas, Texas, in 1988. The band's name is a combination of O'Neill’s first name and Pierce’s last name. They began their musical journey while attending Southern Methodist University as theater majors.
