Inga & Anush, born Inga and Anush Ashoti Arshakyan on March 18, 1982, and
December 24, 1980, respectively, in Yerevan, Armenia, are a folk singing duo
known for blending traditional Armenian music with contemporary pop. Both
sisters began their musical education at the S. Aslamazyan Music School. Their
breakthrough came in 2000 when they joined the State Song Theater of Armenia.
Inga & Anush represented Armenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 with "Jan
