Imaginary Cities was a Canadian indie pop duo from Winnipeg that was active
between 2010 and 2016. The ensemble was founded by the vocalist Marti Sarbit and
the multi-instrumentalist Rusty Matyas. They are famous for their debut studio
album, Temporary Resident (2011), which topped the Canadian college radio charts
and won a Western Canada Music Award for Best Pop Album of the Year. The
