Sheena Mary McDonald, known professionally as Horse McDonald, was born on
November 22, 1958, in Newport-on-Tay, Fife, Scotland. She is a singer-songwriter
who began her career with tours alongside notable artists such as Tina Turner
and B.B. King during the 1980s.
She released her debut album The Same Sky in 1990 under Capitol Records, marking
the start of her solo career. Her subsequent albums include God's Home Movie
(1993), which peaked at UK Number 42, and Both Sides (2000) with the Scottish
