Hope Tala
Hope Tala (born Hope Natasha McDonald on November 18, 1997 in London, England)
is a British singer-songwriter. Singing from the age of 15, she soon began
recording and sharing demos online. Inspired by Latin and R&B genres, her first
single, “Blue” was released in June 2018 and included on her debut EP Starry
Ache, released in October that year. Tala’s second single “Lovestained” was
recorded while finishing her degree in English Literature, placing at number 8
on Rolling Stone magazine’s “50 Best Songs of 2019” list, and included on her
